I decided earlier in the day to run 5 miles tomorrow. It's a modest goal, but one that requires me to rest my bones or at least that's what I tell myself. I don't want to push too hard too soon. It's all about pacing myself.
Foods: 3 cups of coffee with creamer, oatmeal, that ham and turkey sandwich I make, drunken chicken, pear, popcorn, 1 string cheese.
I think I did better today with the candy. 2pm is the worst. I need to buy carrots and hummus.
