2 Large cans of San Marzano tomatoes

4 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Bay leaf

4 cloves garlic, smashed

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

1 pound sweet italian sausage 

1 pound of pasta

1 pint of Ricotta

2 Bell Peppers cut into strips

1 lb Italian sausage links

Salt and Pepper

Rolls or Italian Bread
